The activities of the #creativeeurope project StećakLand strated with a kick-off meeting in Dubrovnik on 9th December 2023.
This project aims to introduce the public to the symbolism of stećak ornaments through a VR application in museums, an AR application in necropolises and a theater performance with VR technology.
The following partners representatives attended the meeting:

Following the agenda, the presented topics are the following:
- Welcome by the Project Coordinator.
- Introductions of meeting participants: each Partner representative introduced herself/himself and gave a brief presentation of her/his Institution.
- Project administration and reporting guidelines: Renato Scuzzarello outlined the project administrative obligations and financial guidelines related to the Grant Agreement and Lump sum-related procedures as well as principles of the project’s administration .
- Activities plan. The Coordinator presented the plan for the implementation of two years activities; the overview of all project activities (project tasks with assigned lead partners and matching deliverables) were presented for comments and approval of all partners.
- Planning the digitization field trip: the Gantt chart with all assignments, with appointed lead partners was introduced and can serve as a reminder for timely scheduling of all activities.
- Questions and answers. Clarifications were provided.
